Southern cooking is a staple in our kitchen and a favorite for our guests. You can make great Southern dishes at home with a few of our easy techniques. We’ll teach you the basics with a twist–from mixing cornbread and perfecting grits to blackened shrimp and stewed greens. Dinner will be served with the class. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the bar once classwork is concluded.
