AN IMPORTANT NOTE
Making a reservation confirms your acceptance of the following terms:
- This rental fee is for use of the Rooftop VIP area for the specified time.
- A credit card must be presented upon arrival; and an additional $200 minimum Food and Beverage purchase is required.
- One bill per reservation (no check splitting).
- Gratuity: Your final bill will include an 20% auto-gratuity.

- No outside food or beverage allowed (other than a celebratory cake).
- Refund policy: Guaranteed full refund if you cancel 8 or more days before the reservation time, or due to force majeure (rain, etc.). 50% refund if cancelled 7 or fewer days before the reservation time. Absolutely no refunds within 24 hours of the reservation time.
