Summer Solstice Wine Blending

Welcome to a very special edition, once a year wine blending class: Summer Solstice Wine blending. 

This one-time class will take place outside on the Habitat Feed and Social Rooftop Bar. 

Join us for a 90-minute journey into winemaking where you'll learn how to blend your perfect glass. You'll get a little winemaking history, and plenty of tasting along the way. Indulge in small plates and bites alongside a palette-cleansing glass of bubbles and take home a bottle of your favorite red wine to savor at home. 

This hands-on wine experience is perfect for date night, business entertaining, an evening with friends, or an unexpected vacation memory. Just be sure to book quickly as our classes fill up fast.

Guests find the wine blending experience:

• Enlightening – Passionate wine professionals will demonstrate how winemaking is both a science and art. You’ll learn what you love in wines and how to create your own special red wine blend.
• Delicious – Classes include a red wine tasting to discuss flavors, structures and what each wine can add to your blends.
• Creative – Each guest will artfully create their bottle of wine with a custom label to take home as a gift.

This particular wine blending class will have its own unique label associated with it.
