Perfect Pasta

Fresh pasta gives a delicate texture and depth of flavor to your pasta dishes. This hands-on class will give you the confidence and skills to make pasta dough, roll and shape stuffed pastas and noodles, and make quick delicious sauces. Dinner will be served with the class. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the bar once classwork is concluded.
