Enjoy a four course dinner prepared by our Executive Chef Marcus Williams. Each course will be accompanied by one of the Old Forester History Series Bourbons as a taste, and also as a specialty cocktail. A representative from the Distillery will also be on hand to describe each spirit and it’s special place in the history of Old Forester. Reservations are required, and only a limited number of seats will be available for this unique dinner and tasting experience.
1870 - Fried Snapper Breast, Apple & Daikon Slaw, Tamarind Glaze
1897 - Crispy Seared Duck Breast, Blackberry Risotto
1910 - Coffee Rubbed Lamb Lollypops, Sweet Potato Puree
1920 - Olive Oil Cake, Bourbon Brown Sugar Ice Cream, Blood Orange Balsamic
